Accelera /RoadEx Insurance Group is an insurance agency that provides commercial insurance products to the trucking/transportation industry. We are currently seeking an Insurance Producer to add to our team to continue our rapid growth. This is a full-time ON-SITE position with the following schedule Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Arabic or Spanish speaker is a plus!!! This is an opportunity to join a passionate, hard-working group in a comfortable environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with insurance-related needs.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs,
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to provide quotes and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Generate new business and build a rapport to establish customer satisfaction.
• Generate new sales, retain existing members, and grow the overall book of business through our product offerings.
• Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Successful agency producers will possess effective communication skills, strong phone sales, prospecting skills, ambition, motivation, and drive!
• Previous experience in Insurance Sales, preferred in the trucking industry.
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively discuss pricing and terms with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and connect with clients remotely.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in the policy documentation.
• Insurance License – Property and casualty
