Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist and Staff accountant to join our highly energetic Administration team. This position will report to the Controller and provide a broad spectrum of support to both HR and Financial systems as well as strategic company initiatives. You will demonstrate a high level of integrity with personnel, payroll and financial information.
Position Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a professional HR environment
- 2-5 Years of experience in payroll / AP duties
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to discretely handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi- task in a complex, demanding and rapidly changing work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be well organized and have strong attention to detail
- Maintains management and employee confidence and protects organization operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to human resources and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
- Ability to process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Ability to make collection calls for past due clients
- Provide accounting support to the Controller
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes; specifically Quickbooks and Paycom.
