RoadEx is a Financial Services company specializing in the transportation/freight industry and located in Southfield, MI. We are growing quickly and are looking for the right people to help us continue this growth.
The Client Service Representative is responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction as well as setting up new fuel card clients, printing and shipping fuel cards, and answering phones.raining and assisting clients in the RoadEx fuel portal. Duties include but are not limited to the following.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls politely and professionally
- Transfer calls to proper department when needed
- Handle customer requests promptly
- Monitor email regularly and reply in a timely manner as needed
- New fuel client set up.
- Printing and shipping fuel cards
- Fuel card activation
- RoadEx Portal client walk through/training
- Run fuel reports.
- Issue client money codes
- Data entry
- Import/export data
- Salesforce- updating stages and correcting client information
- Make and keep track of retention calls, emails, and text messages
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite for Business
- Computer savvy
- Confident and professional demeanor

- Team Player
Also helpful but not required:
- Transportation/freight industry knowledge
- Financial Services experience
- Customer service knowledge/ experience
- Salesforce CRM experience
